Yes, Provence is located in Paju. 
Transportation from Seoul to Provence is as follows ; 



* Public Transportation 

1. Hapjeong Station(subway line#2) exit#1 
    -> get on the bus#200 or 2200 (20~25min. interval) 
    -> get off at Sungdong intersection -> on foot (10~15min.) 

2. Bus#9709 at Seoul station -> get off at Macgeum(last bus stop) 
    ->transfer to Bus#2 or 3 -> get off at Provence 



It'll take 1.5~2 hours to get Provence from Seoul.
